Introducing...our very own Prince <3

Prince's Story:

Prince is a timid soul that was rescued from the horror's of a Romanian shelter.

He was shut down in the shelter and just too scared to do anything. If the shelter volunteers needed to do anything with him, they said he'd just completely freeze, let them do what they needed, and then run off back to a cold corner of the concrete pen he was living in, and try and make himself small and invisible.

Prince is not yet ready to accept strokes but from him watching the other dogs interact with us, he seems like he's really close to trying it.

With other dogs: 

Without another dog around, Prince turns into a quivering wreck. Prince must be rehomed with at least one other dog already in the home for confidence.

Although Prince can not cope without another dog, he can be surprisingly gobby when he first meets them. Once he knows he is safe though and that they want to be his friend, he falls in love with them and they absolutely light up his life.

With cats:

Prince has not yet been cat tested due to how scared his still is, we wouldn't be able to get an accurate reading of a meet.

Active energy

Prince is still very nervous so we can't give an accurate reading on this but we will say that he absolutely loves running around in our fields with the puppies keeping him entertained.

Up to 2 hrs to start

Prince has never lived in a home before and so his time alone would need to be built up.

We believe that once Prince is settled, he should be ok to be left alone for up to 4-5 hours

Lead trained

Prince is not yet lead trained. This will come once he has settled into her new home and has built a bond with her new family, this could take at least a few months.

Training required

Prince has no form of basic training. This will all come in time once he has settled and learnt to fully trust his adopters
